It’s Cleveland, Ohio’s most notorious unsolved murders. It was during the time of the 1936, Great Lakes Exposition. People came from all over the world to attend the event. It was also the time when the famous Eliot Ness, of the Chicago’s “Untouchables”, arrived in Cleveland to take over the cities Safety Director position. However, unbeknownst to the public, there was a mad butcher roaming the city streets at night, dismembering men and woman, displaying their body parts throughout the city.
